Jamie Ritblat is the founder and chairman behind the specialist real estate investment, advisory and development company Delancey. In the years prior to founding the company, Mr. Ritblat developed his real estate knowledge and experience at several other blue-chip organisations including Morgan Grenfell Laurie, where he held the role of associate director, and British Land Limited, where he held the position of director.

Over the past 22 years, Mr. Ritblat has been at the forefront of new investment trends and has also been responsible for driving many high-profile transactions, including the circa £1.1 billion acquisition of Minerva PLC in a joint venture and the redevelopment of the former Dickens and Jones department store on Regent Street in London into offices and leisure spaces. As well as his role at Delancey, Mr. Ritblat has been a committed board member, trustee and supporter of many other organisations, including Tate Britain from 2008 to 2015; the Southbank Centre from 2009 to 2016; Kings College University London from 2007 to 2015; and Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres from 2005 to 2014.
